what a coincidence, I'm sharing photos of Hydrangeas too, but not from my garden, from a nursery. With Chinese New Year here, most nurseries have a brisk sale of the Hydrangeas, and I only go there to photographed the beautiful flowers.
I don't think I have ever seen the color of the last one...I know it's the soil's mineral content and I "think" it has to do with iron?: I always had blue ones here.
Your hydrangeas are beautiful. I love the colors. I wish I had some growing in my yard. Have a happy weekend!

ReplyDeleteThey are gorgeous! Lovely colors.
ReplyDeleteThey ate my favourite flowers!
ReplyDeleteI love the two bottom ones. Partularly the one with the white edging, I've never seen ones like that.
ReplyDeleteThese are perfect specimens Jocee. I believe the makeup of the soil determines the colours of hydrangeas

ReplyDeleteOur standard colour is blue here because of the soil, so these multi coloured ones are a pleasant change.
ReplyDeleteThey're very beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThank you Gunilla.
DeleteDeep blue/purple are my favorite hydrangeas (maybe my favorite flower). I love NZ, would like to come back some time.
ReplyDeleteDelightful hydrangeas.
ReplyDeleteHappy new week!
Regina
