Its been a week of rain, wind and calves.
They are arriving at a steady pace despite the weather (or maybe because of it).
The paddocks are waterlogged and muddy but the cows don't seem to mind.
Today was the 1st sunny day for a while so I took my camera out and made the most of it.
This little fellow was running around enjoying the new paddock but stopped to pose before he was off again.
I'd be happy to be a bit waterlogged! Mama has a stern look.
ReplyDeleteHello Jocee, I love the sweet calves. They are so darn cute. Great series of photos. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteMy dad was a farmer. The only thing I miss from those days was bottle feeding the little ones. (I definitely don't miss the early mornings.)
ReplyDeleteHello!:) The calves are as cute as can be,...lovely photos!:)
ReplyDeleteSweet baby! What a lovely picture!
ReplyDeleteOh aren't they cute.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful animals! The calves are so cute.
ReplyDeleteAs a farmer's daughter I always love to see the new offspring! Mother looks like a strong girl too, a wonderful breed and so different from our Frisian and Holsteiner milk cows.
